Delete your NudgiFi account
You can delete your NudgiFi account and the data associated with it at any time, with or without the app.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open NudgiFi → Profile → Privacy and account → Delete account → confirm. Your account and server records are deleted immediately and the app removes that account’s private data from this installation.
Option 2 — Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account” from the email address on the account, and tell us your sign-in method (email, Google or Apple). A web form will also be available on this page.
We will send a verification code to the account email to confirm you control the account, then delete the account within one month and normally within 10 working days, and confirm by email.
What is deleted

Your account identity (name, email, sign-in link), preferences, goal categories, task references, progress counts, sessions and verification codes.

Support tickets linked to the account are deleted 24 months after closure or on request where no legal reason to keep them exists.
What is not deleted by a server request

Private data stored only on your devices (tasks, notes, chats, recordings, voice-ID and face templates, images, sensor history, mood records, learned memories, personalised model). Deleting the account in the app clears it on that device; on any other device, open the app and delete the account’s data or clear the app’s storage, or uninstall.

Backups and exports you created, calendar entries synced to your calendar provider, and content you shared with other people. Remove these through their own controls.
Retained for a limited time
- Security logs: up to 12 months. Disaster-recovery backups: up to 35 days, then expired. Records required for a legal obligation or an open dispute: for the applicable period only.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store’s subscription settings first to avoid further charges.
